The event was organised by Innovation Norway and the Association of Business Clusters (ABC), with the support of Enterprise Europe Network within the BG 10 Innovation Program in the Green Industry, Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2009-2014 and hosted by Hilton Hotel, Sofia.

The training program was practically oriented and focused mostly on cluster managers of developed and developing  clusters, accredited by BSMEPG or members of ABC.

Topics within the two-day program were presented by the experts:
