The meeting of ABC was officially opened by Ms. Genoveva Christova - Chair of the Board of ABC, who welcomed all participants confirmed the quorum in the hall.

 Mr. Nikolay Minkov, member of the general assembly of ABC was nominated for Chairman of the meeting.

Mr. Minkov gave the floor to Ms. Christova, who presented the report on the activities of the ABC for the reporting. Period 2017-1019. Ms Christova outlined the main priorities during the past term related to:

 Building and strengthening the positions of ABC in the relations with the state administration

• Active participation in meetings in connection to the development of the new procedures for selecting projects for the “Development of innovation clusters’
• Establishment connections with clusters on regional, national and international level
• Organisation and participation in regional and international forums
• Strengthening the positioning and visibility of ABC on international stage
• Participation in European projects and programs
• Increasing the administrative capacities ofABC

After announcing the received proposals and once it has been established that no other proposals have been received, the General Meeting of ABC took the following decisions:

The number of members of the Management Board to be increased to 9 people.

New the members of the Managing Board have been elected.
