The event will:

• Present key results and insights from the Voucher 1 support scheme
• Share successful cases and collaborations developed under Voucher 2
• Highlight the role of transnational and cross-sector cooperation in advancing tourism through digitalisation, innovation, and sustainability
• Feature contributions from experts, including Elitza Stoilova, CEO of Umni (AI chatbot solutions for hospitality), and Antonio Novo Guerrero from Cluster IDiA
• Offer networking opportunities and stimulate new project ideas across sectors

The event is open to tourism SMEs, technology providers, clusters, innovation intermediaries, and all stakeholders engaged in the digital and sustainable transformation of the tourism ecosystem.
