On 25 April 2025, the General Assembly of members approved a decision to restructure and rename the organisation. As of 5 May 2025, following its official entry into the Commercial Register, the former "Consultant Cluster Veritas" is now operating under the name Veritas Cluster.

This transformation reflects the organisation's commitment to a clearer and more recognisable identity, greater institutional maturity, and stronger alignment with national and European innovation and cluster development frameworks.

Updated Management Structure

According to the newly adopted Articles of Association, Veritas Cluster Ltd. will now be jointly managed by:

• Vladimir Stoyanov, who continues in his role as Managing Director, and
• Teodora Jilkova, who has joined as co-Managing Director.

Both directors will jointly and independently manage the cluster’s operations, sharing the role of cluster managers, responsible for project coordination, internal processes, external representation, and strategic partnerships.

A Name That Reflects Maturity and Strategic Direction
The name change from Consulting Cluster Veritas to Veritas Cluster  marks the beginning of a new stage in the cluster's evolution. At the same time, it retains the organisation’s mission, long-standing values, and strategic priorities.

Veritas Cluster remains an active contributor to initiatives such as ECCP, RestartSMEs, Clusters Meet Regions, and the European Cluster Alliance, while continuing to expand its portfolio of services, training programmes, and digital infrastructure to support SMEs and innovation stakeholders.
